An experience of testing and servicing of 3 phase inverter (25 KVA), single Phase inverter (2.5 KVA), DC-DC Buck,boost converter, ups, smps, battery charger, charger circuit panel (68.2KW) & Pre-cooling Charger (28.6 KW). Knowledge in different types of electronic and electrical component like transistor MOSFET, IGBT, SCR, Capacitor, Diode, 3 phase line choke, Transformer, Variac, DC choke, MCB, Power conductor, Relay, fuse etc. Experience in soldering component and assembling PCB on the unit. Experience in Component level testing, servicing & quality control.

MO generation, production requisition and job card allotment through ERP system. Involve in components level testing and Quality Control of the final product
Hands on experience on software flashing, calibration & troubleshooting. Hands on experience in the test equipment like digital Multi meter, digital clamp meter, oscilloscope, power supply, CAN hardware, CAN tools, load, safety etc. Function trial and durability analysis of the charger. Participate and contribute to design reviews, DFMEA, PFMEA etc. Participate and contribute to design POC and build proto, hardware and functional test Develop validation test plans and details test procedures with acceptance criteria.(DV and PV both) Performing Component level product certification testing with support of external test agency like ARAI & ICAT Performing continuous power, peak power measurement for high voltage DC chargers. (120kW,200kW,240kW) Performing environmental test, mechanical test, electrical test , EMI/EMC as per the DVP & PVP as per IEC and UL standard. Hands on controller troubleshooting & fault diagnostics. Organizing & maintaining testing standards for Ac and DC charger. (Including global market like UK/EU, USA, China) Coordinating & executing of testing activities with external laboratories like ARAI, ICAT,SGS, TUV NORD etc. Understanding project requirements, timeline and support execution of project deliverable on specification, time and quality. Feasibility checking and preparing test setup for component/sensor testing for data acquisition and part to part comparison for accuracy, reliability & linearity in measurements.
