Direct Interaction with clients and taking required inputs to design solar projects via SalesForce. Reported directly to the Design and Analysis Group Manager, managed direct product and design oversight of 2 people involved in various aspects of new product Development. ▪ Prototyping of the component using 3D Printing technology. ▪ To develop new design solutions and evaluate designs, based on the customer Quote Request. Design and develop routine solar mounting designs for cost, risk management, Bill of Material, and deliverable adherence. ▪ Lead team to conduct troubleshooting, fault tree development, and help each other in finding the best resolution for anomalies in product development. ▪ Collaborated with colleagues to coordinate issue resolution across multiple source limitations, technical challenges, process breakdowns, etc. ▪ Establish a framework and oversight for correctness on all duties performed by the design section.

Reported directly to the Risk Analysis Manager. Conducted routine risk investigations in validating both buyer and seller profiles and maintaining risk management. ▪ Led team to conduct troubleshooting events, fault-free development, and help each other in finding the best resolution for the Transaction Risk Modelling project. ▪ Collaborated with colleagues to coordinate issue resolution across multiple source limitations, technical challenges, process breakdowns, etc. ▪ Engaged in frequent written and verbal communication with department management, risk analysts, risk engineers, other company associates, and third parties to accomplish goals. ▪ Established a framework and oversight for correctness on all duties performed by the design section. Actively participated in various workshops and events, and also organized multiple events for employee refreshments.
