Responsibilities:  In charge of project activities and engage with relevant stakeholders for project execution, timely implementation for delivering best in value proposition to our customers.  Initiated the project and outlining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.  Maintained regular communication with the project team, management and stakeholders.  Coordinated project meetings and decision-making processes.  Executed the work, coordinated and supervised the project team and ensuring that they have the tools required for delivering the project on time.  Developed operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements.  Communicate customer issues with the team and ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaint.  Executed multiple projects of varying sizes across multiple geographic regions.  Provided charging solutions for (E4W segment and E2W Segment.
