Job Description

Performs repairs, servicing, and assembly of electric scooters, including motor replacements, brake adjustments, battery swaps, and controller programming.

Key Skills

  • Proficiency in two-wheeler mechanical repair
  • Basic knowledge of electric propulsion systems
  • Familiarity with battery and controller replacement
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams

Education

ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering; Certification in EV scooter servicing preferred

Experience

1–3 years in two-wheeler maintenance, preferably EVs

Salary (India)

₹1.8 LPA – ₹3.2 LPA

Salary (US)

$28,000 – $40,000/year

Growth Opportunity

Can progress to EV Workshop Supervisor or Service Engineer roles, or specialize in performance upgrades and retrofits for electric scooters.
