Owns day‑to‑day operations of a charging network: uptime, preventive maintenance, SLA adherence, and customer experience. Monitors station health, dispatches field teams, manages spares, implements dynamic pricing, and drives continuous improvement via KPI dashboards.

EVSE NMS/CSMS tools; OCPP telemetry; incident & ticketing systems; vendor/AMC management; KPI analytics (uptime, success rate, throughput); budget & P&L basics; team leadership

Education

Bachelor’s in Engineering or Business; MBA preferred

Work Experience

5–10 years in network operations (EVSE/telecom/utility)

Salary (India)

₹10 LPA – ₹20 LPA

Salary (US)

$90,000 – $130,000/year
