Job Description

Plan and execute movement of EV components and finished vehicles from plants to customers/dealers. Schedule transportation, manage 3PLs, optimize routes/cube, ensure customs/trade compliance, and maintain real‑time tracking. Resolve delays/damages/cost overruns with corrective actions and transparent stakeholder updates.

Skills

• Transportation planning, routing, and load optimization
• 3PL coordination, SLAs, and performance scorecards
• Freight forwarding, customs clearance, and trade compliance
• INCOTERMS knowledge and export documentation (BoL, COO, HS codes)
• Warehouse/WMS operations and inventory accuracy
• Track‑and‑trace systems and exception management
• Claims handling for transit damages and losses
• Carrier negotiations and lane cost management
• Clear communication and escalation management

Education

Bachelor’s in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business Administration

Work Experience

2–5 years in automotive/EV logistics

₹5 LPA – ₹10 LPA

$60,000 – $85,000/year
