Job Description

Design, optimize, and validate processes for EV components (battery packs, e‑motors, power electronics). Create process maps, specify jigs/fixtures, implement automation/robots, run capability studies, and drive CI projects to reduce cycle time, scrap, and ergonomic risks while meeting safety and quality targets.

Skills

• Process mapping (VSM) and workflow optimization
• EV process knowledge: pack assembly, motor winding, electronics integration
• CAD/CAM for fixture/jig design and PFMEA/Control Plan
• SPC, MSA, root‑cause tools (8D, 5‑Why, Fishbone)
• Lean/Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt desirable)
• Automation/robotics basics and PLC interface awareness
• Cp/Cpk studies and process validation protocols
• Troubleshooting and CI (Kaizen, DMAIC)
• Safety & environmental compliance in manufacturing

Education

Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering

Work Experience

4–8 years in process engineering (automotive/EV)
