Job Description
Develops control algorithms for traction motors: FOC/DTC, torque/speed control, regen strategies, and drivability tuning. Validates via model‑in‑the‑loop and HIL, then performs on‑vehicle calibration to balance performance, efficiency, and NVH.
Skills
FOC/DTC/sensorless control; MATLAB/Simulink; dSPACE/OPAL‑RT HIL; inverter fundamentals; CAN/LIN; calibration & tuning; safety‑critical control basics
Education
B.E./B.Tech or M.S. in Electrical/Controls/Mechatronics
Work Experience
3–6 years in motor control (EV/drives/robotics)
