Job Description

Own master production scheduling, capacity planning, and shop‑floor control for EV assembly. Align material availability with takt time, orchestrate line balancing and overtime plans, and drive OTIF delivery. Deploy lean/JIT, reduce WIP, and maintain KPI dashboards (OEE, schedule adherence, inventory turns).

Skills

• MPS/MRP expertise and rough‑cut capacity planning
• ERP proficiency (SAP PP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics)
• Bottleneck analysis and throughput optimization
• Lean/JIT, kanban, heijunka, and SMED practices
• KPI dashboards and data‑driven decisions
• Cross‑functional alignment with SCM/QA/Production
• Inventory control and obsolescence reduction
• Analytical problem solving and escalation control
• Understanding EV line processes and takt design

Education

Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Industrial/Production Engineering

Work Experience

3–7 years in automotive/EV PPC roles
