Job Description
Manage warranty claims, technical escalations, and field fixes for EVs. Analyze failure trends, validate claims, coordinate repairs with service centers, and feedback issues to R&D/Quality for design improvements. Own customer satisfaction metrics and cost control for warranty programs.

Education
Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical/Automotive; Diploma with exp. acceptable
Work Experience
3–6 years in after‑sales/warranty (automotive/EV)
