✅ Prepare & establishing cross functional processes & work instructions in discussion with different departments
✅ Facilitating lean principles, Problem solving methodologies, Kaizen promotions, 5S, Visual Management etc
✅Support implementation of new systems (IT – ERP, Digital Manufacturing) by handholding teams-
✅Coordinating improvement initiatives, documenting them Essential

Qualifications:
✅Education-BE Mechanical / MBA / MS in Quality Management ✅Experience- 7-12 Years experience
✅ Internal auditor for ISO 9001 / 14001 management system
✅Six Sigma Green belt certification (may be)
✅ Automotive Industry experience will be preferred.

Specific Skills / Competencies Required:
✅ISO 9001 Internal Auditor
✅7QC Tools, Six Sigma
✅TPM / TQM / Lean Management
✅IATF 16949 / Core tools of quality.

🎓 What You Bring:
📌B.Tech Mechanical or Electronics and
📌 8+ Yrs of Experience on business excellence.
📌 EV/Automotive experience is a plus!
