Experience-3-5 years
JD for Customer Quality Assurance (CQA) position.
1 . Will be responsible for resolving field concerns & warranty complaints
2. Will be responsible for resolving internal concerns by collaborating with Production, R&D and suppliers
3. Field failure data analysis and dashboard monitoring
4. Daily monitoring of field complaints & effectively of actions
5. Reduction in field concerns by correct root cause analysis & speedy implementation of corrective measures to meet organization targets
6. Generate Field concern MIS & publish report, PPT for higher management
7. Carry out joint investigations in field to arrive at root cause
8. Take appropriate actions in association with manufacturing, supplier quality & design & for closure of field & internal concerns
9. Establish root cause for aggregate replacements in field & reduction in same.
10. Implementing, improving & maintaining DWM in department.
11. Initiating & implementing projects for improving vehicle reliability & durability.
