Lead Engineer @Mahindra Group

We are looking for a Lead Engineer specialized in ADAS Development with AI, with 7 to 18 years of experience, to spearhead innovative projects at our cutting-edge facility.

1. Product Development:
– Manage the entire lifecycle of ADAS system development, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system specifications and interfaces, ensuring regulatory compliance and safety.

2. Project Deliverables & Process Adherence:
– Lead project planning, execution, and tracking to meet milestones within budget.
– Implement robust testing procedures to validate system functionality and compliance with industry standards.

3. Quality Maintenance & Process Adherence:
– Uphold the highest level of quality in design, development, and testing processes.
– Conduct detailed DFMEA and DVP to identify risks and validate system requirements.

4. Technical Expertise & Tools:
– Develop ADAS algorithms and system software using C, C++, and Python.
– Hands-on experience with CAN and Ethernet for vehicle network integration.

5. Prototyping & Innovation:
– Validate new ADAS features through prototypes and drive innovation with new technologies.
– Stay updated on industry trends to deliver forward-thinking solutions in a dynamic environment
