1. Design Research For New Projects
2. Ideation & Conceptualization
3. Hand Sketching Of New Fabric And Graphic Designs
4. Sample Development With Vendors & Suppliers To Develop New Fabrics, Finishes And Graphics
5. Assist Studio Leadership With Design Projects
6. Interact With Engineering Staff And Suppliers.
Competency Requirement::
1. Strong Skills In Graphic Design, Color Harmony And Textile Design
2. Passion For Automobiles And Good Understanding Of Current & Future Global Trends
3. Design Presentation Skills
4. Team Player Interpersonal And Communication Skills & Good Analytical And Problem Solving Skill
5. Good Skill In Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop And Other Cg Simulation Software
