Incoming Quality Engineer Full Time

Job description

Responsibilities:

To be responsible for Incoming Quality Inspection of all type of material commodities.
Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications conducting visual and measurement tests rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
Responsible for preparing & maintaining inward inspection reports and Monthly PPM reports.
Prepare and share monthly reports to all suppliers & Supplier quality audit as per plan, Carry out product and process auditing at supplier end.
Ensure control plans and associated documentation are implemented effectively and maintained.
Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in order to adhere to process and prevent occurrence of any non conformity relating to product, process or system.
Participate in cross-functional teams in the development of new products or changes related to current products in meeting customer requirements. Manage the Supplier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Participate in the development and refinement of Design and Process FMEAs (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
Manage and coordinate supplier PPM, supplier problem solving on time, cost recovery and supplier warranty indicators & Conduct PPAP & Process audit at supplier end
Keep up with current and developing manufacturing and engineering trends that concern product quality.
