Job description
Name of the position: Project Manager – Connected Services

Educational Qualification:
Bachelors in technology / User Experience/ Related fields would be must. MBA would be preferable

Position Description:

Experience in digital program management, digital transformation, or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex digital initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management frameworks.
Experience of running experiments and measuring their efficacy
Ability to work closely with varied stakeholders including the senior leaders, Product owners/managers, Engineering teams, Business teams and other relevant stakeholders.
Comfortable to work in cross-functional team and collaborate with peers during the project lifecycle
Roles & Responsibilities:

Program Management

a. Lead cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage digital programs that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and business growth

b. Define program objectives, scope, deliverables, and success metrics in alignment with business goals

c. Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards

d. Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and risks across multiple initiatives

Strategizing Program Execution

a. Work with Hardware, Software & Product teams to better manage the integration possibilities and development work

b. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize digital transformation opportunities.

c. Develop and maintain a roadmap for multiple digital projects, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.

Stakeholder Management

a. Work with internal stakeholders to assess and understand problem statements

b. Work with internal stakeholders to get alignment to run experiments and scale up plans

c. Reporting activities across different areas and experiments with varied and relevant stakeholders

Technical Competencies:
