Senior Engineer (Lithium-Ion Plant) @Genus Innovation

We are looking for a Senior Engineer to join our Lithium-Ion Plant operations.
Experience in Laser Welding is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Cost Control
Monitor and optimize production costs through Kaizen initiatives.
Achieve production targets while reducing manufacturing costs.
Delivery Management
Improve project delivery timelines and ensure timely MRD release.
Enhance team productivity and efficiency.
✅ Quality Control
Lead quality circle initiatives.
Drive improvements in product quality and reduce PPM.
⚙️ Production Management
Implement systems for process improvement and automation.
Monitor operational efficiency across the shop floor.
♻️ Kaizen / Continuous Improvement
Conduct and execute Kaizen initiatives for ongoing improvement.
Drive innovation and efficiency enhancements.
Safety Management
Ensure compliance with EHS standards on the shop floor.
Promote a zero-accident culture and continuous safety improvement.
People Development
Conduct skill development and training programs.
Strengthen workforce capabilities through planned upskilling.
Good Manufacturing Practices
Ensure robust systems for process improvement and GMP adherence.
Promote operational excellence at every stage.
Inventory & WIP Management
Manage and monitor inventory to ensure uninterrupted production.
Reduce process rejections and maintain optimal WIP levels.
️ Plant & Support Management
Drive production volume, develop new model lines, and implement second lines.
Support product certification, technical collaboration, and waste elimination.
Statutory Compliance
Ensure adherence to all statutory and certification requirements.
