You’ll be working with the product and engineering team.
This team runs on coffee with an infectious passion to build products that have never been built before. Our Flexible Energy Stack consists of the e^pack (battery pack) and e^pump (charging station) which together unlock 15-minute rapid charging.

What You Will Do / Responsibilities
Design and development of mechanical subsystems within the e^pack battery platform, ensuring a seamless transition from concept to high-volume production.
Optimize current and upcoming products for cost efficiency, durability, and scalability
Ownership of the release of part and assembly designs and drawings
Develop comprehensive test plans, analyze test data, and ensure the continuous improvement of battery systems.
The root cause of design-related issues during the development phase and resolution
Collaborate closely with quality, manufacturing, and production teams to identify, address, and resolve production-critical issues, part quality concerns, and field-related challenges
Qualifications
Technical excellence in thermal, structural, or electromechanical design through first principles of thinking
A detail-oriented personality with solid documentation and reporting skills
Approach-driven mindset while ensuring the delivery of high-quality designs on time.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across interdisciplinary teams
Background of participation in Formula Bharat/FSAE/Baja is preferred
