📊 Experience: 5-7 years
Role: Oversee quality control processes for incoming materials, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.

3. Design Engineer (Mechanical)

🛠 Experience: 3-4 years
Skills: Proficient in SolidWorks
Role: Develop and refine mechanical designs for battery systems, working closely with cross-functional teams.

4. BMS Lead Engineer

⚡ Experience: 3-4 years
Role: Lead the Battery Management System (BMS) development, testing, and integration.

5. Testing & Validation Engineer
