Job Overview:

We are looking for an Electrical Site Engineer to manage and oversee electrical work on-site for our projects. You will ensure everything runs smoothly, meets deadlines, and follows safety and quality standards. You’ll work closely with project managers, contractors, and site teams to solve any problems that come up.

Main Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage electrical installations for industrial and commercial projects.
Review and understand project designs and technical drawings.
Manage daily activities on-site, including scheduling and assigning tasks.
Ensure all electrical work meets safety and quality standards.
Conduct site inspections to check progress and solve any technical issues.
Communicate with clients, contractors, and other teams to keep everything on track.
Work with the procurement team to ensure materials and equipment arrive on time.
Test and troubleshoot electrical systems like transformers, DG sets, and wiring.
Keep accurate records of site activities and progress reports.
Make sure safety rules are followed by everyone on-site.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
2+ years of experience in electrical site engineering or project management (preferred).
Good understanding of electrical systems and safety regulations.
Ability to read technical drawings and plans.
Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD and MS Office.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Willing to travel to different project locations.
Ability to manage a team and work under tight deadlines.
Preferred Experience:

Experience with large-scale electrical installations.
Knowledge of solar energy systems and EV charging infrastructure.
Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations on-site.
