Job description:

Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on battery cycler machines, EV vehicles ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.
Electrical Diagnosis: Diagnose and resolve electrical issues within cycler machines, EV’s including wiring, sensors, controllers, and power supply systems.
Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure the long-term reliability of cycler machines.
Calibration and Testing: Perform regular calibration and testing of equipment to maintain accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Technical Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts replacements. Update technical documentation and manuals as needed.
Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and testing teams to identify potential issues and optimize machine performance.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment.
Training: Provide training and guidance to junior technicians on machine maintenance procedures and best practices, Also guide team regarding maintenance & precautionary care of machines /equipment’s .
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and electrical troubleshooting.
Experience with battery cyclers or similar testing equipment is highly desirable.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for electrical testing.
Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues with a strong focus on minimizing downtime.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear documentation and collaboration with team members.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in performing maintenance tasks and recording data.
