Job Description
As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer in our Lithium-Ion Battery Pack Assembly Plant, you will take responsibility for ensuring the smooth functioning of mechanical maintenance activities for plant machinery, utilities, and handling of maintenance manpower. Your role will involve implementing best practices to achieve targets set by management, reducing costs, minimizing breakdowns, and driving continuous improvement in maintenance processes.
Candidate Profile
BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 2-4 Years
Preferably in a manufacturing environment, with exposure to battery pack assembly plants.
Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, including preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and repair procedures.
Ability to analyze equipment failures and implement preventive and corrective actions.
Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in manufacturing environments.
Project management skills with the ability to lead and execute improvement projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge of TS16949, Integrated Management System (IMS), and customer-specific system requirements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Certification in PLC programming or related areas is a plus.

Pay: ₹ 15,000.00 – ₹ 20,000.00 per month
