Production Engineer

Qualification: BE / Diploma In Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

Industry: EV / Batteries

Experience: 4-5 Years in EV / Batteries

As a Production Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the production process

Monitoring and analyzing the production process to identify areas for improvement.

Implementing strategies to optimize production efficiency and minimize downtime.

Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality and output

Overseeing the maintenance and repair of production equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Developing preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize equipment downtime.

Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and coordinating repairs as needed.

Maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Educating and directing personnel on equipment usage and compliance.

Key Skills: Problem Solving skills, TPM, 5S Confident, good communication and able to manage 20 no’s

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
