Job Summary:

We are offering a paid apprenticeship for ITI/Diploma graduates to join our team as Prototype
Fabrication Technicians. The selected candidates will assist in cutting, notching, welding, and inventory
control as part of our prototype fabrication process. This apprenticeship provides hands-on experience
in fabrication, with an opportunity for full-time employment based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fabrication & Assembly:
– Assist in cutting, notching, shaping, and assembling materials for prototype fabrication.
– Perform basic and advanced welding tasks, ensuring high precision and quality.
– Operate tools such as saws, grinders, and welding machines safely and efficiently.
– Follow engineering blueprints and instructions to fabricate components.

2. Inventory Management:
– Track and monitor inventory levels of materials and consumables.
– Assist in organizing, maintaining, and replenishing stock as required.
– Keep records of inventory usage and report discrepancies.

3. Quality Control:
– Inspect fabricated parts to meet technical specifications and quality standards.
– Report any issues or defects in materials or fabrication.
– Maintain high-quality workmanship throughout the fabrication process.

4. Safety & Compliance:
– Strictly adhere to workshop safety protocols and guidelines.
– Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and used safely.
– Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:
– Education: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
– Experience: Open to freshers or candidates with up to 1-2 years of experience in cutting, welding, or fabrication.

– Technical Skills:
– Hands-on experience with welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Arc) and fabrication tools.
– Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
– Familiarity with metal cutting, notching, and assembly processes.
– Inventory Skills: Understanding of basic inventory control practices.
– Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in welding, cutting, and assembling materials.
– Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues.

Apprenticeship Details: –
Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: 7k to 10k per Month
Conversion Opportunity: High-performing apprentices may be offered a full-time role after
completion of the apprenticeship, based on evaluation and performance.
