Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team to work in the area of Hardware in loop (HIL) simulation. The ideal candidate will have experience in control & power hardware in loop simulation and a proven track record in carrying out such simulations on real time simulators. The primary responsibility of this role will be to plan, coordinate, set up, model, interface, simulate, report and basically oversee all aspects of hardware in loop simulation for our projects. The person has to independently handle such simulation requirements for various controllers such as power plant controllers, battery energy management controllers, inverter controllers etc. The role also requires client & vendor interface and completing the activities in budget and on schedule. Knowhow of RTDS and RSCAD is very much desired. The role will require extended stays at simulator facilities where testing may have to be conducted. The locations could be in India, middle east, USA or any other location as per the project requirement.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Higher qualification welcome.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HIL simulation activity.Strong understanding of electrical networks, control system logics, equipment, and Protection and Control systems.
Proficiency in engineering software tools such as RSCAD, PSCAD, AutoCAD.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Appreciation of safety standards and practices related to work.
