Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1) Vehicle and Battery Service:
• Train clients and fleet supervisors on the Log9 processes for raising issues and complaints.
• Adhere to established issue resolution processes and protocols for breakdowns, issue resolution, and servicing; Prioritize
each issue and ensure proper classification; Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and determine resolution steps.
• Arrange necessary spare parts and oversee issue resolution, ensuring thorough documentation on the job card.
• Categorize resolved tickets or issues according to RCA and Preventive Corrective Actions (PCA).
• Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to identify RCA and PCAs for new issues.
2) Monthly Planning for Preventive Maintenance Services (PMS) and Audits:
• Implement services in accordance with the PMS checklist.
• Follow the process for handling customer mishandling.
• Share PMS reports with the operations team and clients.
3) Continuous Improvement:
• Regularly provide market feedback regarding product quality and issues to the engineering team.
• Conduct RCA on recurring issues and share insights with the engineering team.
• Participate in field trials of product improvements introduced by the engineering team and relay feedback to the Service team.
6) Maintenance of Vehicle Downtime Resolution and Reporting.

Other Responsibilities:
– Provide leadership and guidance to inspire and uplift team members(technicians), assisting them in advancing to the next level.
– Mentor the team by exemplifying desirable behaviors and values.
– Offer feedback and constructive criticism to support team members in enhancing their skills and performance.
