Job Title: BMS Project Manager

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)

Experience: 6 to 12 Years in BMS / Automation projects

Location – Lower Parel (West), Mumbai.

Role Summary

We are looking for a BMS Project Manager from the electrical / automation industry to manage end-to-end execution of Building Management System (BMS) projects. The role requires strong technical understanding, vendor coordination, and on-site project management experience.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and execute BMS projects from project kickoff through commissioning and final handover.
Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal engineering and site teams.
Review and validate BMS drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and approved designs.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants, addressing technical and project-related queries.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as required.
Prepare and submit project reports, documentation, and handover dossiers.

Key Requirements

BE (Electrical) Engineering with 6 to 12 years experience in BMS / Automation projects
Strong technical knowledge of BMS systems, controls, field devices, integration and BMS architecture
Experience in site coordination, testing, commissioning, vendor Management, team management and handover processes.
Proficiency in project scheduling and documentation tools
Hands-on site execution and coordination skills
Preferred Experience in large buildings / metro / infrastructure projects.
