Job Title: Strategic Sourcing – Electrical
Location: Mohan Estate( New Delhi)
Experience: 6 – 15 years

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Strategic Sourcing – Electrical professional to manage and develop sourcing strategies for electrical commodities. The role will focus on supplier management, cost optimization, and supporting new product development, especially in EV and new technology programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for electrical components and systems
Lead RFQs, supplier evaluations, selection, and commercial negotiations
Manage and develop Tier 1 and Tier 2 electrical suppliers
Drive cost reduction initiatives through VA/VE, should-costing, and benchmarking
Support new product development activities including APQP, PPAP, and SOP readiness
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Program teams
Support sourcing requirements for EV platforms and new electrical technologies
Ensure supplier performance in terms of cost, quality, delivery, and innovation
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of electrical commodities (wiring harness, connectors, ECUs, switches, etc.)
Experience in strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations
Understanding of automotive/EV sourcing processes and quality systems
Cost analysis, should-costing, and value engineering expertise
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics preferred) or related field.
Experience in EV or automotive manufacturing environment
Exposure to new technology sourcing and localization projects
