Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Expertise in Architecting and designing system functions for 48 V & 72 V Electric Vehicle Powertrain :
1) Able to conceptualise the LV,HV System Block Diagram and Network Architecture from the EPT Requirements and Specifications.
2) Does the System Function Classification by Identifying, Analyzing and Synthesizing all the stakeholders needs and customer requirements.
3) Prepare Final System Function List and arrive at the Function Partitioning among the EPT Modules.
4) Define the Block Diagram, Flowchart, Sequence and Timing Diagram for a System Function.
5) Define the Hardware and Network interfaces for the identified EPT modules at System Level.
6) Able to create, release and maintain the High Level LV Schematic block diagrams.
7) Able to create, release and maintain the System Architecture Artefacts in ALM.
8) Work closely with IVN and Diagnostics teams towards for releasing the Network Files and Diagnostic Authoring Files.
9) Drive System Architecture design discussions with Module teams.
10) Lead any new technology/ new function discussion and adopt the same into system architecture.
11) Be the focal point for any change requirements and assess the impact on the EPT architecture/design/performance/etc.
12) Drive indepth technical discussions in the areas of system architecture of electric powertrain and Electrical System Controls.
13) Able to create, release and maintain system degradation strategies applicable to EV EPT domain.
14) Able to understand, review and approve the functional safety requirements for Electric Powertrain.
