Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
1) Design and Develop of Battery Pack for various electric platforms which should meet various national & international standards

2) Packaging study of battery Pack on various vehicle platforms.
3) Benchmarking of the other battery pack
4) Design and drawings release in Teamcenter, following Mahindra Electric release process

5) Responsible for Design Reviews, DFMEA , DFA , DFM for the battery pack and documentation.

Experience
B.E./B.Tech / ME .: 5 + year

Industry Preferred
Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech., in Mechanical Engg /Automobile/ Mechantronics.

General Requirements
1. Ability to work closely with the cross function team

2. Ability to apply GD&T , DFMA principles

3. Parts and subsystem Integration

4. Automotive vehicle sub system knowledge

5. Expertise in Design Verification/Validation Plan, DFMEA, Design Release Documents
6.Basic knowledge in mechanical calculation and integration
7.Good knowledge in material selection
