Job Description

KPI

Should have experience in Test execution and Bug reporting and making it to closure with any test management system

Enthusiastic and willing to learn, understand & build in-depth knowledge on the latest test automation framework and trends

Work closely with the development, product and other supporting teams for building the best product

Initiate and implement process simplification without compromising the quality of the deliverables.

Good problem-solving ability and techniques with the ability to handle fluctuating workloads

Passion for Testing with a focus on product quality, user experience and customer service

Extensive experience in testing Android & iOS hybrid applications in physical devices & simulators.

Experienced in automation test development for Android & iOS platforms

Experience in integrating CI/CD solutions for android & ios platform using Jenkins

Expertise in test automation tools – UI Automator, XCUITest, Espresso, Appium, Selenium, TestNG, Maven, etc… Programming languages – Java, Javascript, Swift & Flutter, and Test Management tool JIRA

Hands-on experience in network proxy & intercepting tools to view and mock the client-server request responses.

Demonstrate drive for results, creative problem solving, effective teamwork and communication

Experience:

3+ years of industry experience in software Quality Assurance and Test Automation

Strong knowledge of QA methodology and tools, with demonstrated QA experience in SDET role

Sound knowledge of test methodologies related to different phases of software test life cycle, and a good understanding of testing principles and testing skills(manual and automation)

Educational Qualifications:

B.E/B.Tech (Masters is optional)

Software/Tools System Exposure:

Understanding of Android or iOS internals will be a great add-on

Experience with testing backend services, frameworks, and a good understanding of microservices & cloud orchestration tools.

Experience with Non-functional performance testing & tools – Android Studio, Xcode developer tools for profiling app performance.
