Responsibilities Key Deliverables
Design and Develop of Battery Pack for various electric platforms which should meet various national international standards 2) Packaging study of battery Pack on various vehicle platforms.
Benchmarking of the other battery pack
Design and drawings release in Teamcenter, following Mahindra Electric release process 5) Responsible for Design Reviews, DFMEA , DFA , DFM for the battery pack and documentation.
Experience

B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech., in Mechanical Engg /Automobile/ Mechatronics with 4 to 7 years experience

Industry Preferred
Proficiency in Catia V5,Modeling ,sheet metal, surface, assembly, drawings module .
Good at Sheetmetal/Plastic part design
Ability to apply GDT principles on parts and assemblies.
Perform 2D or 3D stack up analysis.
Knowledge on Manufacturing and assembly process. (injection moulding, Extrusion, sheet metal , casting , laser welding, ultrasonic welding, Spot and MAG welding)
Good Knowledge in any of the PLM softwares (Team Center, Enovia Windchill etc)
General Requirements

Qualifications
Ability to work closely with the cross function team 2. Ability to apply GDT , DFMA principles 3. Parts and subsystem Integration 4. Automotive vehicle sub system knowledge 5. Expertise in Design Verification/Validation Plan, DFMEA, Design Release Documents
Basic knowledge in mechanical calculation and integration
Good knowledge in material selection
General Requirements
Expertise mechanical design (BIW /Electro Mechanical design) 2) Target driven, Good analytical skills, Understanding of design practices and national/international standards. 3) Leading suppliers and development teams and owns successful delivery of time-bound projects 4) Good written and verbal Communication skils
