Job Description
The candidate would be responsible to implement the Quality Strategy as well as strategic operational goals aligned to exceed Customer Expectations for Product Cost, Quality and Delivery
Achieve Quality Assurance Operational Objectives by contributing analysis to strategic plans
The role would require to validate quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes
Work in co-ordination with internal & external stakeholders which is mainly the manufacturing team as well as End Automotive OEM Customers
Lead and develop a state of the art Quality Systems
The Successful Applicant
M.Tech or B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering with a strong academic record
Quality Certifications in 6 Sigma, Lean Management or a degree in Quality Management
Experience of Having worked in a Automotive Electric Vehicle Industry either as part of OEM/Component Manufacturer is desirable
At Least 12 years of overall experience of which a minimum 5 years should be in a managerial capacity
Experience in Managing Testing Teams in addition to Quality
Strong Decision Making & Problem Solving Skills
Good Communication & Inter-Personal Skills
