Job Description
You will work towards generating retail sales business for Electric 3-Wheeler commercial vehicle in your assigned territory, ensure achievement of retail volumes and bring in more business to the company through dealer network in the territory .
Generating sales for Electric commercial vehicles in specified territory and managing primary as well as secondary channel network to achieve retail volume as per the target.
Planning and implementing effective sales promotional activities for generating inquiries to meet set territorial business targets.
Developing buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers, meeting prospects at community activities, responding to inquiries, recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
Conducting effective inquiry monitoring in coordination with dealers and their sales staff to track prospect buyers and enhance conversion rates.
Understanding buyer’s requirement and interest, building rapport and closing sales by overcoming objections.
Completion of billing process by timely collection of payment from the dealers and effectively coordinating in tracking defaulters.
Effective inventory management at the dealers end and pursuing profitable tie ups with financial institutions to meet targets.
Documenting channel partners non-adoption of organizational policies or adoption of malpractices and violating company standards and reporting to the Regional Manager.
Evaluating competitors new products and their BTL activities conducted in the territory by comparing and contrasting competitive models.
Striving to improve performance and delivery of network partners through constant guidance and reviews.
Ensuring that workshops and showrooms infrastructure are in compliance with the CI norms.
Assisting talent selection as per the channel requirement, coordinating with the RTCs to address training requirements by organizing OJT and ensuring retention of quality trained manpower.
Essential Qualification
B. E / B. Tech (Mechanical/ Automobile Engineering) Or Bachelor Degree
Desired Qualification
Preferred Technical Skills And Certification
Knowledge of financing process and support, effective sales strategies and best practices
Knowledge of dealership’s vehicles, finance options, sales process and management
Experience in sales of motor vehicle sales
Work Experience
Total 8 years ofexperience in the industry.
At least 3-4 years of experience in sales
Preferred Industry Experience
Electric Commercial Vehicles,Electric Passenger Vehicles, Electric Three-Wheeler, or related fields
Should showcase exceptional customer service skills, including interpersonal communication and rapport building
Should possess persuasiveness and influencing skills to convince customers for making a purchase.
Should possess negotiation skills to offer deals that satisfy customers while ensuring profit for the dealership.
Should demonstrate teamwork and collaboration skills to coordinate sales with financing department & other Salespeople.
Must demonstrate a positive image of self and own abilities, pushes forth and has willingness to trust ones own judgment
Should possess ability to meet with, present to and negotiate deals with key decision makers
Should demonstrate concern about achieving or surpassing results against an internal benchmark of excellence and sees a difficult customer as a challenge to be won over
Should be able to offer/ think of several different arguments/responses to gain acceptance of the product or influence desired outcome, specifically use subtle strategies to influence customers purchasing decisions
Increased closing of Electric vehicle deals leading to increased sales in each territory
Increase in the revenue and profitability targets in the assigned area
Increased number of satisfied customers (end customers and dealers) in each territory
