Description: ISIEINDIA is looking project engineers with technical background for delivery of training;
Project based learning and execution of ISIE-Centre of Excellence for Electric Mobility for Skill
Development, Research and Innovation at various locations PAN INDIA. (We are establishing 100+
COEs by 2023). Candidate must be passionate to deliver training programs with strong
communication skills.
Roles & Responsibility:
Ensuring the end-to-end delivery of Lectures, Practical, Case Studies, Experiments and
Projects as per curriculum of Programs and IPs.
Responsible for delivery of Hands On session delivery , Project based learning.
Preparing Course curriculum, Handbooks, Papers, Presentation, Manuals etc. For successful
execution of training / Specialization Programs.
Maintaining the records of performance, evaluation, conduction of assessment, preparation
for Job Interviews, Internship etc.
Conduction of Mobilization and Awareness drive for various training program.
Ensuring quality, execution and feedback of programs.
Ensure the timely processing of classes, projects, assignments, internship and placements.
Providing guidance and mentorship to candidates for their projects.
Conduction of workshop, Training, Internship program (Offline / Online) at various locations,
apart from their centers.
Follow up with concerned engineering institutions on outcomes and track proposal success
ratio.
Deliver the expert lecture/talk on EV module & project.
Provide technical evaluation and support to assist client service/project managers.
Assist project manager in development and review of engineering drawings, specifications
and other project deliverables.
Mentor and support the engineering students/professionals for EV projects as per course
curriculum.
Resolving Technical Queries, Counselling and Orientation, Webinars for Fresh A
Key Skills and Minimum Qualification:
Strong Theoretical and Practical knowledge about EV and HEV System and Subsystems.
Excellency in Model Based Development for EV with proficient skills in MATLAB- Simulink,
ANSYS, and Solid works Etc.
Strong Theoretical and Practical knowledge EV battery modelling & Development,
Prototyping, BMS with CAN protocols and BTMS etc.
Strong Theoretical and Practical knowledge EV, HEV and ICE Vehicle Powertrain and
transmission.
EV Charging Mythology, Renewable energy based charging AC and DC.
Fundamental Knowledge about IOT, AI and ADAS.
Vehicle Control System.
Vehicle Testing and Homologation
The ideal candidate must have – SAE / FSAE /ISIE Event Participation with vehicle
development experience.
Working with latest Automotive Technologies i.e. FCEV, ADAS etc.
Excellent Communications Skills (Verbal / Written)
