Assistant Manager, Purchasing - Indirect (MRO/Non Production Materials)

Your tasks:

1.Responsible for purchasing and the procurement of Non-Production material and services for one or more respective locations (except for centralized commodities)

2.Prepare RFQs, examine prices, evaluate all quotes that are received, monitor the availability of items, compare specifications, and review alternatives to determine most desirable suppliers using tools such Decision Matrix, EXCEL-calculation, SAP or Supply On

Locate and evaluate new suppliers (position is the first contact for prospective suppliers).
Issue, maintain and store purchase orders for supplies and services for all departments in order to support ongoing plant operations
Work closely with involved departments (specification, scope of work, approvals, lead times, etc.)
Maintain supplier relationships focusing on superior quality, competitive price, and timely delivery
Communicate with suppliers concerning RFQ's, POs, Deliveries and other issues may occur
.Define and negotiate supplies, warranty agreements, and other contractual/legal items as required.
3. Identification synergy potential between group companies of ZF locations, co-ordination of volume bundling & making the contracts.

Your profile:

1. BE in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or similar with 7-10 years relevant experience.
2. Excellent English communication
