Strong knowledge on conventional electric powertrain system concepts Drive performance analysis
Thorough understanding of the powertrain in vehicles and capable of modelling the physical aspects of the system in Hardware -in -Loop environment
Analysis of Vehicle Drive scenarios and able to predict the performance on key aspects of powertrain systems
Good understanding of the control algorithms for the Powertrain and able to verify in Model-in-Loop and Hardware-In-Loop test setup consisting of electronic control units
Development of lean tools and methods for early impact evaluation of strategies
Communication and Interaction on frequent basis with system test specialist for plant development activities
Skillset
Strong fundamentals with Mechanical / Electrical with Graduation/Post Graduation background focus on engines, drivetrain, control System and vehicle dynamics
Ability to create and drive the physical and mathematical modelling of Powertrain other control systems in Matlab and Simulink
Strong basic knowledge on Physics, Thermodynamics , Fluid Mechanics and Control systems
Exposure to C- programming and Scripting languages like Python and Pearl are added advantage
Should be better team player with intrinsic drive for better quality
Good communication and presentation skills to convey ideas in complete and concise manner
Must have good interpersonal skills and intercultural sensitivity
