The Role
Service Operations-
Achieve sales target & develop market share
Enhance our presence in all territories by appointing right Distributors
Pursue sales lead, promote product and conclude order with professionalism.
Liaise with internal colleagues to coordinate activities in executing service sales order.
Feedback and make report as per requirement by the Line Manager on all service sales related activities and market information.
Develop and maintain strong relationship with key distributors and customers.
Continuous improvement of Distributors competency
Single point of contact for Distributors
Define pricing & discount structures in conjunction with the Line Manager
Develop starter packs for new distributors / presentations & communication material
Update Market Share on quarterly basis
Maintain updated info regarding competition activities and pricing
Dealer Operations Monitoring-
Installed database mapping with Distributors/Customers.
Continuous improvement of Distributors competency.
Monitor complaints of dealers and track dealer performance to ensure that they are performing in line with the requirements of the machine population/Install base.
Keep them updated with relevant technical and product related information.
Develop incentive scheme for distributors / resellers.
Monthly revenue Forecasting.
Compliance with Corporate Guidelines-

Comply with the policies and procedures communicated from time to time
Perform any other tasks given by supervisor from time to time in order to enrich the corporate culture.

What we expect of you?
Skills / Knowledge / Experience
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Instrumentation/Production Engineering
Minimum 3 yrs. relevant experience in related field. Applicants who are already working as Distributor Management
Engineer will have added advantage.
Knowledge Areas:
Committed team player.
English Proficiency.
High levels of energy and drive.
