15+ years’ engineering experience.
5+ years of Engineering team management experience
Master’s degree in engineering management, technical management, Project/Program Management or business administration will be assed advantage
Experience in New product development : preferably the Electro- mechanical Products (Displays, Infotainment , cock pit electronic products)
Exposure to CAE and testing domains
Proven supervisory and technical skills.
Exposure to Japanese Culture/Customer is preferred
