Senior Engineer – Production

Your Tasks:

Responsible for monitoring the production (Assembly line); Responsible to execute the production as per plan.
Responsible for Documentation of all production as well as quality parameters.
To assist the line supervisors and operators, Responsible for Co-ordination with other departments; Responsible for Shift planning as per requirement.
Ready to work on assembly line if required. Should be aware of all assembly processes.
Responsible for adherence of product Quantity & Quality through effective implementation of control plan, Online process checks, on well set assembly process, Poka yoke’s, Audit checks.
Responsible for operator training, Multi skill development.
Responsible Planning & Control of direct consumables for production line and to Co-ordinate with Stores & Dispatch team to ensure smooth production and dispatch.
To co-ordination with maintenance team for PM related activities.

Your Profile:

Full Time BE/B.Tech graduate in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Production/Industrial
Experience level: 4 – 8 Years in Assembly line/production line
Experience in Assembly line related to Transmission or Axles or similar heavy assembly
