Project Engineer

Planning: Defining what the project needs, setting deadlines (schedules), and
deciding who does what (resource allocation).
Execution: Watching the project daily to make sure it stays on track and finishes
on time.
Meetings: You are the "bridge." You will talk to internal teams, external vendors,
and senior management.
Paperwork: You must be good at creating progress reports and PowerPoint
presentations for the bosses.

Technical (What you know) Behavioral (How you work)
Deep knowledge of 2 & 3-wheeler parts.

Excellent English (Must have for meetings).

Project Management methods
(Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

CFT Coordination (Working with different
departments like Design, Quality, and Production).
Advanced Excel & PowerPoint. Result Oriented (Focusing on finishing the task).
Quick Decision Making. Adaptability (Handling changes in the plan).
