Criteria (Eligibility & Requirements)
1) Education: Graduate in
2) Experience: 3–6 years of experience in collections, recovery, or repossession (preferably in the automobile or NBFC sector).
At least 2-3 years in a supervisory/team
3) Skills & Knowledge:
Strong understanding of vehicle loan recovery, repossession procedures, and regulatory compliance.
4) Good negotiation and communication skills:
Ability to handle escalations and resolve conflicts with customers.
Strong with MIS, Excel, Collection Report .
Should be very strong in Follow up .
5) Roles & Responsibilities
Collection & Recovery Management
Ensure timely recovery of vehicles company policy from Financer .
Coordinate repossession of vehicles through legal and compliant methods.
Handle high-value and difficult cases directly.
6) Team & Vendor Coordination
Supervise and guide field executives.
Allocate cases team and monitor everyone .
Train and support team members in collection strategies.
7) Process & Compliance
Ensure all collection activities follow legal, regulatory, and company guidelines.
Maintain proper documentation for repossessed vehicles and related legal notices.
Coordinate with legal team for arbitration, settlement,
Customer Handling & Negotiation
Interact with default Financer for any serious concern.
Resolve disputes while maintaining the relationship with financer.
8) Reporting & Analysis
Prepare daily/weekly MIS on collections, repossessions, and pending cases.
Track KPIs like resolution rate, recovery percentage, and turnaround time.
Highlight risks, fraud, and chronic defaulter cases to management.
