Key Responsibilities
Technical Consulting:
Provide expertise on EV systems design, battery technology, and charging infrastructure.
Guide enterprises in integrating EV technologies into operations, including fleet electrification and renewable energy adoption.
Strategy and Planning:
Develop EV strategies aligned with enterprise sustainability goals and operational objectives.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making processes.
Project Management:
Lead EV implementation projects for enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with milestones and client expectations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless EV solutions.
Innovation and Research:
Stay updated on trends, technologies, and regulations in the EV industry.
Conduct research to develop innovative EV solutions focused on efficiency, performance, and sustainability.
Training and Education:
Design and deliver training programs for enterprise teams on EV adoption and operations.
Mentor internal teams to build in-house EV expertise.
Regulatory and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with automotive and electrical standards such as ISO 26262, etc.
Advise clients on regulatory challenges and certification processes.
Required Skills and Expertise:
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Advanced certifications or specializations in EV technologies are preferred.
Experience:
15 years of experience in the EV industry with a focus on enterprise-level projects and consulting.
Proven track record in leading large-scale EV adoption or integration initiatives.
Technical Expertise:
Strong understanding of EV systems, including motors, motor controllers, battery technology, and power electronics.
Expertise in diagnostic protocols (CAN, etc) and failure analysis tools.
Knowledge of vehicle load calculations, HV/LV harness analysis, and charging infrastructure.
Business Acumen:
Ability to address enterprise-level business challenges with cost-effective, scalable EV solutions.
Strong client management skills to build long-term partnerships.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ph.D. in a related field or equivalent experience in advanced EV technologies.
Experience working with global enterprises and multi-national clients in the automotive or renewable energy sectors.
Knowledge of energy management systems and renewable energy integration with EV solutions.
