Testing Engineer – BMS

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

● Testing of advanced Battery Management Systems for electric vehicles.

● Work with cross-functional teams to integrate BMS systems into electric vehicle powertrains.

● Perform Root cause analysis (RCA) & develop and execute test plans to validate the performance

of BMS.

● Prepare the test reports and documentation

● Analyze and interpret data to identify areas for improvement and optimize system performance.

● Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to BMS systems

Key Skills :

● Strong grasp on the basic concepts of Electrical and Electronics

● Basic knowledge of embedded hardware and ability to understand schematics.

● Must have hands on experience in soldering (SMT/THC)

● Proficiency in MS-Office , especially MS-Excel.

● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Nice to have skills :

● Knowledge of battery management systems including cell balancing, voltage and temperature

monitoring & fault protection.

● Understanding of batteries and types of batteries and knowledge of components.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s / Diploma in Electrical and Electronics
