About the Job
Responsibilities:
The incumbent will play a pivotal role in driving the segment's growth and profitability. Your focus will be on tripling Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) in the next few months. This is a high-impact position, requiring a strategic mindset, excellent financial acumen, and strong stakeholder management capabilities.
Oversee the financial performance and health of the B2G segment, ensuring alignment with company-wide growth targets.
Develop and manage financial forecasts, including long-term concession planning and growth strategies.
Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the B2G space, including bidding for new projects and forming consortiums.
Manage the existing portfolio of assets, closely collaborating with State and Central transport departments to drive operational success.
Serve as the primary liaison with government authorities, OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), contractors, and other critical stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Inorganic Growth / Operational Efficiency & Cost Control:
Identify and pursue inorganic growth opportunities, working closely with the corporate finance team to assess potential acquisitions or partnerships.
Implement strategies to reduce costs while maintaining or improving operational efficiency across the portfolio.
Skills:
β’ Should have experience of managing a large order book & experience leading a highly profitable business.
β’ Experience in winning Government bids, managing various stakeholders & operating with a high degree of ownership is a must.
β’ We are looking for someone with good leadership skills, executive presence, high integrity & ability to roll up your sleeves.
