Role Overview
The Fleet Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our electric taxi fleet, ensuring optimal utilization, vehicle maintenance, driver performance, and overall efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in fleet management, logistics, or transport operations.

Key Responsibilities
Fleet Management: Oversee the deployment, scheduling, and utilization of Zap Cabs' electric vehicle fleet.
Driver Coordination: Recruit, onboard, train, and manage drivers, ensuring high service standards.
Operational Efficiency: Optimize fleet routes, reduce downtime, and ensure cost-effective operations.
Vehicle Maintenance: Monitor vehicle health, coordinate servicing, and ensure timely repairs.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all vehicles and drivers comply with regulatory requirements and safety protocols.
Performance Monitoring: Track key operational metrics, analyze fleet data, and implement improvements.
Customer Satisfaction: Work closely with the customer service team to address ride quality and operational issues.

Qualifications & Skills
3+ years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or transport operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Familiarity with GPS tracking, fleet management software, and EV technology is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.

Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability
