Key Roles & Responsibilities
Planning & executing new product launch training programs
Developing new product launch training content
Continuous content curation including ongoing product updates & competition updates
Creating interactive product content for LMS
Managing the training content repository
Managing the LMS content repository
Elevator pitch & sales story creation
Supporting the field sales team with model wise / variant wise sales pitch
Monitoring & coaching dealership teams to enhance sales capability
Planning & executing training interventions for critical role holders at dealerships
Competition benchmarking
Key Technical Expertise
Excellent understanding of Electric vehicle technology, Autonomous vehicle technology, connected car technology, 4x4 technology.
Excellent understanding of Autobasics
Understanding of overall Indian automotive scenario including govt policies, consumer schemes, finance schemes.

Education Qualification
B.E. / B. Tech. (Automobile or Mechanical) + MBA
General Experience
10-15 Years of relevant experience

Requirements
Must have Automobile OEM experience
Preferrable - Certification in content development softwares like Articulate Storyline
Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage projects from concept to completion.
Auto passionate
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical mindset with a strong problem-solving orientation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders

Critical Experience
10-15 years of relevant experience handling team of 5-8 Channel Managers.Knowledge of Digitization of Systems and on boarding of Dealership.Good financial and commercial acumen and understanding of Dealership life cycle
