Hiring: Sales Manager Electric Vehicles (EV) Business
Company: Kinetic Engineering Ltd.
Location: Pune
Experience: 10 to 15 years
Qualification: BE Mechanical + (MBA preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies for EV components, focusing on Gear Box, Axles, and Chassis.
Identify and acquire new EV OEMs & Tier-1 customers in domestic and international markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with R&D and production teams to align products with market needs.
Monitor industry trends, government policies, and competitor activities to refine business strategies.
Achieve sales targets and drive profitability in the EV business segment.
Key Requirements:
Experience in sales & business development (preferably in EV components, powertrain, or drivetrain systems).
Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the EV industry.
Strong network within the EV ecosystem (OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for business development.
