YOUR TASKS

Technical Lead – Motor Controller
Experience 8 -10 years in the automotive industry with 6+ years as Motor Controller Expert.
Motor Control Development:
Design and develop FoC and Sine Control strategies for motor controllers.
Implement flux weakening and trapezoidal control for PMSM and Induction Motors.
Develop and optimize advanced control algorithms for electric drivetrain applications.

Software Development & Hardware Integration:
Hands-on experience with MATLAB modeling & C programming for real-time control systems.
Develop Board Support Packages (BSP) including ADC, Timers, PWM, Interrupts, Flash Drivers, and Watchdog.
Work with communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, and UDS.
Debug and resolve on-field issues related to motor controllers.

Technical Leadership & Customer Collaboration:
Act as the primary technical contact for customers.
Conduct technical feasibility analysis and prepare technical proposals.
Analyze customer requirements (functional & non-functional) and define system/software requirements.
Motor Control Expert to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced motor control algorithms for 2W/3W electric drivetrains.
This role will focus on Field-Oriented Control (FoC), Sine Control, and Trapezoidal Control for PMSM and Induction Motors.

As the primary technical interface for customers, you will play a key role in developing software solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and troubleshooting field issues.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Background: BE / B. Tech/ M.E/ M. Tech in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, or Industrial Electronics.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-cultural teams, mentor team members, and drive on-time, high-quality delivery.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, decision-making, and interpersonal abilities.
Tools and Process Knowledge: Proficient in automotive tools and methodologies used in active safety projects, platform development, and embedded software development.
Location
5 Days week - Work from Office from Hinjewadi Phase -1.
