Roles and Responsibilities
– Responsible for electrical wiring design and development of electric vehicles
– Control panels, AC motors and AC motor drives
– Responsible for battery pack specification in co-ordination with supplier
– Vehicle Drivability Calibration
– CAN Protocol Management
– 3D Modeling software, Solid Mechanics, Understanding of plastics and its manufacturing methods is preferred
– Electrical connectors and wire selection
– Responsible for design and development of steering & suspension system
– GD&T and Tolerance stack-up analysis
– Homologation Testing Engineer (ARAI, ICAT)
– Responsible for homologation testing of Electric Vehicle & IC engine vehicle
